Last week we promised a butt kicking, and this week we deliver! We call out the Affiliate Lounge and Vegas Affiliates groups for their actions. Plus, we have serious doubts about the new eCogra “investigation” of the Grand Prive Affiliates theft of commissions.

  1. I do not believe the investigation will be a total sham. eCogra will find Grand Prive had every right to do whatthey did, but will recommend a settlement. I think they may pay 20 cents on the dollar for all the lost commissions… but moving forward affiliates will still lose.

  2. Cheers JT, was wondering what the view would be on the investigation.

Also very useful to see how the ‘competition’ manage their affiliates.

  3. Thank you, my friend. Daunting. Tiring. But I’m in it to win it.

  4. Great Information JTodd. keep it up..

  5. Thanks! Just livin’ the dream!

  6. Happy Birthday JTodd! Enjoy the day my friend!

  7. LOL! It would be funny if he did “Grand Prive” the lawn, but it looks to me like he’s just hanging out in the shot and posing for the camera.

  8. Not to be disgusting or anything, but I noticed at the 3:15 mark of the video your dog appears to be “taking a grand prive” on your lawn!

  9. Nope, still in western Washington.

We got a storm from the northeast. Sneaky bastard came in from Alberta over the Cascades. No worries tho… they say we should warm up to freezing this week! LOL!

  10. That would be a complicated issue, as state laws vary greatly. I general, the only laws I know of that specifically target webmasters are here… in Washington State… and there is a section of the UIGEA which deals with it. I think it would be better to interview a lawyer!
    =0)

  11. Good idea! But we only get 10 minutes a week

  12. Holy smokes, did you move to Wisconsin or is that still WA?

  13. Another great, and informative show. Thanks for all the updates.

For those of us not as educated as you on the subject, how about a show on just how far you can go, without betting FBI involved, (HeHe) with webmastering in the USA.

  14. You should have a little segment mention all the ‘dishonest’ affiliate programs every single week.
